Katie in Broadway?!

Katie Holmes could be more than just “Mrs.Tom Cruise” she could still be in Broadway.

Although the actress’ camp said “nothing is set” but later established that Holmes is “in discussions” to star in a remake of Arthur Miller’s Tony Award-winning drama All My Sons, this is going to be ex- Dawson’s Creek star’s professional theatrical introduction.

Britain’s Daily Mail reported that Holmes would play Ann Deever, a young and spirited woman whose pilot love interest, Larry Keller, went missing in World War II. She then fell in love with his brother, Chris, and then found out that it was the actions of Larry’s father, Joe, that led to his death, Ann attempted to persuade the young men’s mum that Larry is not going to be coming home.

The prestigious lineup already reportedly counts John Lithgow and Academy award winner Dianne Wiest as Joe and Kate Keller.

If Holmes definitely said yes to a debut on the Great White Way, then, in that case it won’t be just her marriage to Cruise and her partaking in a Batman movie that puts her in the same cluster as Nicole Kidman.

I guess Mr.Cruise sure knows his type, eh?
