Lindsay Lohan Sued by Own Muscle

Lindsay Lohan has a big problem - literally.

A former bodyguard filed a lawsuit against the celebutard for not paying him $55,000 he is owed for pay and expenses. The bodyguard was hired by Lilo mainly to protect her from the paparazzi (and, according to him, to keep everyone away from her – even fans). Also, he was tasked to obtain VIP tables at clubs, get tickets for concerts, tip valet parkers, and was an on call chauffeur for Lilo and her friends.

As compensation for all his endeavors, he was promised to be paid at the “industry” rate of $4,000 a week (I would love to do all of that for her for far less money – she still is Lindsay Lohan you know) for 24 hours of service – which he did for two full weeks. And for short night shifts (maybe for clubbing, concerts, and… um… another ‘c’… oh yes: cocaine), he was promised a rate $2,800 a week – which he did for 17 weeks – Lilo probably gets so f’d up (like in the picture above) at night that she rarely needs protection during the other times of the day, as she herself is useless for anything. As part of the job, he shelled out $10,000 out of his own pocket for mileage incurred, valet tips (he’s a gallant tipper), additional security and vehicle repair from when Lilo’s driver, Jazz, made an illegal right turn to avoid the paparazzi and hit his trailing vehicle.

David Kim said he worked for the “I Know Who Killed Me” star (What? You too haven’t heard of this movie?! Hahaha. Yes, this was her latest excuse for a career) for a span of five months dating back from October of 2006. He resigned March of last year specifically because Lilo refused to give him his pay. He also claimed that Lilo also denied his employment with her, claiming that she never even knew him. Kim claims that there were “various oral representations and text messages” between him and Lilo’s party that proves his employment.

That’s what we have contracts for, dumbo! Oral representations, especially in Hollywood, don’t mean crap!

Maybe Kim got hired when Lilo was coked up?! It’s possible. Or while she was in rehab – being in and out of it almost the entire year last year. Or maybe while she was in jail? A lot can happen in two hours – including hiring yourself muscle!

He filed the lawsuit on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Aside from Lindsay, he also included her production company Crossheart Productions Inc. and 50 other unnamed defendants in the suit. The lawsuit alleges fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of oral contract. The case also cited a butt load of state labor code violations – which he all experienced in just five months!

Lilo’s publicist Leslie Sloane-Zelnik has yet to comment on the case. A Lilo rep, however, already told People.com that Kim was never connected with them or her production company: “I’m not aware of that bodyguard. I’ve never even heard of that person.”
