Mommy Spears Demands for a Prenup!

I doubt if Mommy Spears aspires to be a “parent of the year” contestant, but in any case she’s got that controlling mum intuition learned perfectly when it comes to her daughters’ cash.

Lynne’s adamant that Britney get a prenup before saying i-dos to K-Fed — a decision that almost certainly saved Brit millions — and currently, she’s instigating the same imperative for Britney’s preggy lil sis Jamie-Lynn and her 18-year-old fiancé Casey Aldridge

Jamie Lynn, barely legal at 17 (coincidentally today!), got preggers a couple of months ago and staying true to being a good southern young woman she wants to seal the deal by tying the knot. But it appears that Lynne Spears doesn’t have much confidence in her upcoming son in law.

“The contract is already drawn up and ready to go,” says an insider. “Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants — as long as Casey signs the contract.”

It sounds as if that the Spears family don’t truly perceive Casey as hubby material and they’re doubtful of the rumors are true regarding his cheating spree.

“He doesn’t seem as committed to the relationship as Jamie Lynn,” says the insider.

“Lynne is keeping an eye on him.”

She better be.
