This is a case of Art imitates life…

Test viewers were purportedly so distressed at a scene highlighting the late Heath Ledger in a bodybag in the latest Batman movie The Dark Knight. Studio superiors may let go of the said scene.

Heath’s role, The Joker, plays dead in a scene by squeezing himself in the bodybag - a spectacle which hit a nerve to some viewers, apparently, it’s too close to reality for comfort, reported by BlogLog.Globo.com.

The mole announced that the flick “will be a great success… Heath Ledger delivered, got himself into the role and it’s unrecognisable. There will be no other Joker after him.”

The The Dark Knight’s reps have not given any statements on the contentious scene – I think we should all wait until July to find out.
