Pamela Anderson is looking for an annulment, instead of divorce from husband Rick Salomon according to official court documents
Based on fraud, the busty actress is seeking to annul their marriage that lasted only for two months.
We are offered limited information regarding this matter, and Anderson’s publicist did not straight away return an email appeal for additional commentary.
Filed in Los Angeles last Friday, the court papers indicated that Anderson requested the court not to grant spousal support and to maintain her and Salomon’s income and property detached.
Following Monday, Anderson subsequently asked to have a retired judge mediate the annulment proceedings – an ordinary observance in celebrity break-ups because it keeps details private and out of the court.
Anderson and Salomon were wedded October 6 in Las Vegas and split on December 13. They are both 40 years old.
Salomon is best identified for making the infamous sex videotape with ex-girlfriend socialite Paris Hilton and was formerly married to actress Shannen Doherty.
Pammy on the other hand have two divorces under her belt, it was with singer Kid Rock before that to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee.
