Shia Wanted by the Police for Smoking

Shia LaBeouf can confirm that warrant of arrest can top the record of smoking-related evils.

The Transformers star’s nicotine habit put in on the spot with the officials. Apparently, he is now wanted by the cops after skipping a court hearing to answer a ticket for illegal puffing.

A demand was released Tuesday for the arrest of the Suburbia star after his legal counsel snubbed the hearing in a Burbank, Calif., courtroom, a court clerk accounted.

TMZ reports that the 21-year-old actor was caught for smoking unlawfully on the walkway outside a gift shop named Skyblupink.

Indictment was planned for 8 a.m. for the misconduct offense. The judge granted a $1,000 bench warrant once he confirmed LaBeouf was no-show.

The star’s publicist, Melissa Kates, was occupied, no further comments were available, his current whereabouts are unidentified.

But this isn’t new for LaBeouf. He already has a fair share of law trifling infractions.

LaBeouf was booked for a misdemeanor trespassing charge in November after he declined to leave a Chicago Walgreens. The illegal count was dumped after a month, after the drugstore chain refused to carry on with the case.
