Justin Timberlake is excited to fetch audiences to raise NBC’s ratings.
The singer/actor is pairing up with Reveille, the production group who cooked up and served Ugly Betty and The Office, to initiate the comeback of the hit Peruvian satire My Problem with Women to the Peacock net, NBC declared in a statement last Friday.
Timberlake will provide his services as an executive producer on the venture, which is taken from Peruvian’s Mi Problema con las Mujeres, a series that started in July and has since been marketed in 20 countries.
“I am very excited to be collaborating with Reveille to bring this hugely successful format to NBC,” the singer declared.
In the meantime, the talented artist will be introducing none other than the pop legend Madonna into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Monday. The pair only just teamed up on the Queen of Pop’s forthcoming album, Hard Candy, scheduled to be released on Apr. 28.
In addition to that, Timberlake topbills the comedy The Love Guru, with Mike Myers and Jessica Alba. The motion picture is due out for a June 20 release.
Right now Timberlake is working on the drama The Open Road, which co-stars Jeff Bridges and Kate Mara.
