One of them failed to follow court orders based on a DUI charge. Bad girl!

Scary Khloe Kardashian (far right) is the latest Hollywood celeb to serve jail time. Khloe, the sister of “amateur porn star” / celeb Kim Kardashian and one of the stars of the reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” on E!, admitted during a recent court hearing (through her attorney) that she violated a probation that stemmed from a previous DUI arrest.

She pleaded no contest to the DUI charge on March 2007. Five months later, Khloe was sentenced to 36 months probation and community service with the California Department of Transportation. She was also ordered to complete an alcohol treatment program.

Since she failed to follow the court order, she is now being ordered to surrender and serve 30 days in jail. Aside from the jail time, Khloe still has to enroll in an alcohol treatment program within 3 weeks from her release and the probation will continue. Khloe is scheduled to go to jail in three days.

“Drinking and driving should be taken very seriously and unfortunately, Khloe had to learn the hard way,” says her mother Kris Jenner. “I hope Khloe will learn from her mistakes and I hope all of her brothers and sisters will learn from her actions and consequences. As always, we love and support our children.”

“Khloe wants you to know she was sentenced to go to jail in regards to her one DUI case last year,” says Kim Kardashian on her blog. “Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved. I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly and it’s never acceptable to drink and drive!”

Khloe will probably serve less than a week in the already crowded LA County Jail. That’s why she’s so “brave” to surrender!

Kids these days are really hard-headed. Ironically, they also think they’re mature enough to do certain things. The best example is Disney’s resident cuteness ambassador, Hannah Montana.

Less than three months ago, Entertainment Tonight reported that Miley Cyrus had posed topless for a photo shoot with Vanity Fair. This was what they were talking about. The 15 year old Disney star posed for photographer Annie Leibovitz, showing her bare back while covering her front with a bedsheet.

“I’m sorry that my portrait of Miley has been misinterpreted,” said Leibovitz. “The photograph is a simple, classic portrait, shot with very little makeup, and I think it is very beautiful.”

The photo looked artistic. After all, Annie Leibovitz is no amateur. She is responsible for some of the more publicized celeb photos of our time: the nude and pregnant Demi Moore Vanity Fair cover, the nude and body-painted Demi Moore Vanity Fair cover, the nude Sting covered with mud photo, Whoopi Goldberg in a milk tub, etc… you know where I’m going.

All of Annie’s publicized photo shoots are of adults; Miley on the other hand, is a child!

Needless to say the entire thing caused a media rumble, and Miley had to issue a public apology:

“I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed. I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.”

When Vanity Fair officially published on their website the full interview and photo shoot days after, they included a Q&A that helped clear their name. When Miley was asked if she was anxious about the pose, here is what she had to say:

“No, I mean I had a big blanket on. And I thought, this looks pretty, and really natural. I think it’s really artsy. It wasn’t in a skanky way… And you can’t say no to Annie. She’s so cute. She gets this puppy-dog look and you’re like, okay.”

The little girl was being a hypocrite. Besides, her parents were there during the entire photo shoot. Unlike here:

The one who posted the pics online claims that he was able to get these photos by hacking into Miley Cyrus’ phone. And apparently this is just the tip of the iceberg. The “hacker” is now trying to sell even juicier photos to whoever’s interested.

As you can see, most of Miley’s racy pics were actually shot by Miley herself - the wet t-shirt photo was taken way before the Vanity Fair photo shoot. Six major Hollywood film studios are using their wide global reach for the common good.

Sony Pictures, Universal Studios, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, Walt Disney Studios and Twentieth Century Fox joined forces with California health authorities to help teach children the possible risks of smoking.

“There is a definite evidence showing kids’ viewing tobacco usage in movies has a definite influence on their behavior,” said Dr. Mark Horton, Director of the California Department of Public Health.

All the six studios have agreed to include anti-smoking advertisements in the opening minutes of their new DVDs releases. The ads will be included on DVDs rated G, PG, and PG 13 that has scenes depicting smoking.

The anti-smoking commercials were produced by California’s Tobacco Control Program.

The first ad, which will be included on the DVD release of Sony Pictures’ blackjack movie 21, is entitled Icon. The ad revolves around the strong contrast between smoking icons and smoking people. It displays images of a cowboy, a hip-hop DJ and a 1920s flapper in contrast with that of a dying man in a wheelchair.

“Placing these ads on DVDs will remind viewers that movies are fiction but the damage smoking does is real,” said Lisa Paulsen, president of the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), the leading non-profit org of the industry. EIF brokered the deal between the state of California and the six major Hollywood studios.

Concerned citizens have been asking for something like this for the longest time. It’s about time that these studios listened. Last year, Walt Disney made history by being the first major studio to ban smoking scenes. After all Disney is known to be a family-oriented brand.

But that doesn’t mean that the buck stops with Disney. According to research, 75 percent of movies rated G, PG and PG-13 has smoking scenes. All these movies combined will be seen by at least 200,000 children in a year, which means 200,000 possible new youth smokers. Films with these ratings can be watched by children, and most of the time they are directed towards that audience. It is only right that we totally ban smoking scenes in these kinds of films.

“Putting ads in more movies is a positive step to curb the negative effect that movie smoking has on youth starting to smoke,” said Dr. Cheryl G. Healton, President and CEO of the American Legacy Foundation - a national public health foundation dedicated to reducing tobacco use in the U.S. “We believe more can, and must, be done by the industry. The most important way to reduce youth exposure to smoking in movies is take it completely out of youth-rated films.”

Let’s hope that this is the first step towards completely eliminating smoking on film. It’s high time that we stop glamorizing smoking and start showing what it really does.

But what does the honorable Governator of California have to say about it? Well…

“I personally don’t believe that we should erase cigarettes in movies. I don’t believe we should erase it when someone smokes a cigar in movies. I think that we should remind people, and kids, all the time about the dangers of smoking,” says Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

They’re killing off Izzie from Grey’s Anatomy.

“It’s not good there. Shonda is pissed. They’re thinking of killing her off. They want Izzie dead,” said an insider.

Shonda Rhimes is the creator and executive producer of Grey’s Anatomy. She was voted last year by Time magazine as one of the “100 People Who Shape the World,” in the Artists and Entertainers section. Grey’s also won her a Golden Globe for Best Drama TV Series last year. Let’s just say that Grey’s Anatomy is Shonda Rhimes and vise versa.

So when actresses like Katherine Heigl, who portrays Dr. Isabel “Izzie” Stevens in Grey’s Anatomy, goes off withdrawing her name from this year’s Emmy nomination, stating that her role wasn’t really worth it… people will definitely be pissed. And Shonda should be at the top of that list.

“I am truly grateful for the honor that the Academy bestowed upon me last year,” says Heigl in an interview with LA Times. “I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination and in an effort to maintain the integrity of the Academy organization, I withdrew my name from contention. In addition, I did not want to potentially take away an opportunity from an actress who was given such materials.”

While no one can argue that Heigl should be the best person to judge whether her character really did suck or not, we think that as courtesy to the show’s creators, you don’t go dissing their material like that on public.

According to another insider who was interviewed by Entertainment Weekly, “The show bent over backwards to accommodate her film schedule, and then she criticizes the show for lack of material? It’s an ungrateful slap in the face to the very writers responsible for her Emmy win in the first place.”

Heigl won an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for Grey’s Anatomy last year. So maybe she’s just being a diva. Maybe she felt she deserved a better storyline than what was given her, being that she won an Emmy as Izzie. But people don’t like divas, especially ungrateful ones.

It’s not a secret that Heigl’s last two movies were both box office hits. The romantic comedy “Knocked Up,” released in June last year, opened at #2 at the U.S. box office. Unexpectedly, it grossed $30,690,990 in its opening weekend. As of date, the film has grossed over $148.8 mil in the United States alone, while raking up another $70.1 mil in other countries. Add that up and you have a whopping $218.9 mil in total. Big bucks. Then, just this January, she starred in another romantic comedy called “27 Dresses” alongside James Marden (Cyclops in the X-Men movies). Though not as huge as Knocked Up, the movie has still grossed over $76.7 mil in North America, with another $71.9 mil from other countries. It totals a worldwide gross of over $148.7 mil. Again, big bucks.

So she probably wanted out from the series anyways. Her acting career is doing much better these days, and by that we meant she was making more money from it. Plus, it has been in the rumor mills for quite some time that she wanted out of her contract a long time ago.

We don’t know if killing off the character would be good for the show, but who cares?! As long as the ungrateful bitch is gone, Grey’s fans will definitely be pleased. It is worth noting that Katherine Heigl never had hit movies prior to Grey’s Anatomy, and she has been acting since she was 13! She shared her first movie with then fellow newcomer Eliza Dushku (who is yet to have the same success as Heigl) in a movie called “That Night,” released in 1992. Since then, Katherine has had 11 movies prior to Grey’s; none of them were box office hits.

Her majesty is already working on a – surprise, surprise – romantic comedy opposite Gerard Butler, King Leonidas of the blockbuster movie “300.” The new film is aptly called “The Ugly Truth” and it’s set to be out next year.

According to reports, 26 year old starlet Nicole Richie was allegedly kicked out from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas early morning Sunday. Apparently, the skinny “bitch” – a nickname she and BFF Paris Hilton shared as a term of endearment – had a fight with another guest from the hotel. The incident happened while they were waiting in line for the valet after partying the previous Saturday night at Wasted Space with fiancé Joel Madden, his twin Benji (Paris Hilton’s current boyfriend), and the rest of rock band Good Charlotte.

One of the witnesses told reporters that: “Nicole started fighting with this woman while they were both waiting for the valet to bring ‘round their cars. She ended up being so
rowdy that she was escorted off the property by security.”

But according to one of Nicole’s reps: “Nicole was in Las Vegas but there wasn’t an altercation of any kind involving her.”

That’s nice to hear since only recently did the starlet reveal that life hasn’t been the same since she and her fiancé had their daughter Harlow, who is now five months old:

“I’m happier than I have ever been but I take nothing for granted. I have great friends, a great family, a great place to live and a beautiful baby. I’ve gone through a lot of hardship in my past but I really feel like I’ve come out on the other end. I’d really like to show how much I appreciate the fact that I’m still here, because I almost didn’t get that chance.”

We all know that stuff like this is normal for celebetards like Nicole, with her relentless bitchiness and reputation. But that was supposedly a thing of the past. The starlet had gone to rehab and was a completely different person since getting engaged to her rocker boyfriend. It was evident in all her previous sightings; all except for this one. Perhaps we should give this celebretard a break for now. After all, change isn’t something that happens overnight.

Okay, sorry about the Nicole Ritchie story. That was lame. But we had to report it now since we know it could turn out to be the monumental return of the bitch.

While I scoured the net looking for something juicy for this week’s column I stumbled upon something utterly gross instead - which of course I will now write about.

Do you know who Brigitte Nielsen is?

Let me start by saying that she is one of the ultimate celebretards. Read on.

This Danish actress first came into the movie scene in 1985 when she appeared as the lead character in “Red Sonja,” alongside a fellow unknown named Arnold Schwarzenegger. She captured the interest of many producers then, one of which was currently working on the soon-to-be blockbuster hit “Rocky IV.” This is where Brigitte met her soon-to-be husband Sylvester Stallone. They hit it off pretty well and actually made another movie the following year called “Cobra.” Then the two had a widely publicized breakup the year after. And the year after that saw her reveal an extramarital affair with baseball superstar Mark Gastineau. Everyone thought that was the end of her career. She was pretty much spat out of the Hollywood mainstream.

More than ten years later, she reappears in “The Surreal Life” – a not-so-popular reality show who starred not-so-popular celebs. It was a match made in heaven; for both the show and for her soon-to-be new lover, old skool rapper Flava Flav. The two got involved and their “love” gave birth to a spinoff called “Strange Love.” Sadly it wasn’t enough to bring her career back so she decided again in 2008 to join another reality show called “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.” It was like Surreal Life 2, only more desperate (we are starting to see a downhill pattern, right?). “Rehab” was also full of washed-up celebs, but instead of just bickering with each other they mostly struggled against their drug addictions. The cast was a “salad bowl” of dopeheads – there was a talentless actor (Daniel Baldwin), pornstars (Mary Carey, Jaimee Foxworth), a wrestler (Chyna), a UFC fighter (Ricco Rodriguez), an American Idol (Jessica Sierra), 2 other dudes, and Brigitte. Perhaps the only newsworthy thing that happened here was that Brigitte revealed her broken relationship with her drug addicted, prostitute mother. And a tear rolls down from our eyes.

Now the fun part.

Brigitte Nielsen is now the star of a new reality show… in Germany!!! It’s called “Aus Alt Mach Neu” or “Turning Old Into New.” The four-part mini-series first aired on Sunday; 2.5 million Germans tuned in as Brigitte underwent several plastic surgeries on live television. They liposuctioned her thighs, Botoxed her eyes, and drained some silicon out of her sagging 44-year-old breasts (which she fondly called Titsi and Tatsi). Yeah, and did I mention it was on live television?

“I know I am the first female celebrity in the world who has allowed herself to be filmed like that in an operating theatre,” said the old lady. “I know I will be breaking a taboo. But I’m sure that it will provoke a new discussion. It’s time things change. I feel 30 and want to look that way again.”

Okay. Everything she said was stupid, especially the part when she called herself a celebrity.

“The secrecy in Hollywood is annoying. You can see that the stars do not age naturally. It’s not right that the fans, the normal women, are lied to,” she added. “I’m getting a complete renewal: facelift, eyelift, fat injections in my face, liposuction, a breast lift and I need new teeth.”

And by doing that you are being helpful how?!?

The madness did not stop there. Brigitte added that she will be auctioning off her fat and donate the proceeds to charity. Then she wants to pose for Playboy again after gracing their cover 20 years ago.

“I wanna look up and say, ‘Oh, I like myself.’ I don’t like my lines… I’m gonna do the boobs; I’m gonna lift them and be a bit more discreet and then I will do Playboy. Twenty years ago, I did the cover of Playboy… I wanna do Playboy December this year. I’m gonna be 45.”

For all our sakes let’s just hope that all the surgeries are successful. Otherwise, instead of gracing she would be better off grazing. Like a cow.
