Scary Khloe Kardashian (far right) is the latest Hollywood celeb to serve jail time. Khloe, the sister of “amateur porn star” / celeb Kim Kardashian and one of the stars of the reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” on E!, admitted during a recent court hearing (through her attorney) that she violated a probation that stemmed from a previous DUI arrest.
‘Viva la Vida’ not Plagiarized - Coldplay

Popular band Coldplay has strongly denied a Brooklyn-based band’s accusation that Viva La Vida, the British group’s latest hit was copied from their own song.
The Grammy-winning band is enjoying another huge success with its present album Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends and its single Viva la Vida.
Creaky Boards, an unknown band from New York stated in an online video that the tune of the song is almost the same as their own track The Songs I Didn’t Write. The band also said that Coldplay frontman Chris Martin watched one of their gigs in 2007 and ‘enjoyed’ it.

In Hollywood, as anywhere, it is important to keep your reputation blemish free to keep getting good projects and to be in the good graces of the press who can make or break your career. After spending time in jail due to convictions all arising from his alcohol abuse and drug addiction, how does one get back on track? Let’s see. Rehab, check. Settling down, check. Starring in low-budget but conceptually promising films, check. Begging director Jan Favreau for the lead role in the movie adaptation of the Marvel comic book Iron Man, check, check, check. No, make that 5 tickets, 5 popcorns, and 5 stars.
