Actress Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James (yes that is his real name), were hit head on by a drunk driver last night in Gloucester, Massachusetts.

The couple was being driven home from film shooting in a rented black sports utility vehicle by Mark Hussey, 55, of Londonderry, when a gray Subaru station wagon suddenly jumped lanes on East Main Street and smashed head on into the front end of the black sports car. The accident happened at around 9:50 p.m. on Friday.

SATC’s Miranda, played by the fiery haired Cynthia Nixon, hinted on a huge plot secret while attending a comedy show on Tuesday night, admitting to the show’s host that “a character dies in the movie.”

She’s not telling who it could be! Hopefully it’s not one of the four main characters- if it is, then this movie is positioned to a) be a major sobfest (as if Samantha’s cancer episode wasn’t enough) and b) its not bound to have a part two. SATC isn’t the same if one of the big four’s missing!

There is a nice story behind Norah Jones’ first acting gig.

“I was at home, kind of bored, not knowing what the heck I was going to do,” relayed Ms. Jones, who had just finished wrapping up a very long tour. “And for at least a month, my manager had been telling me, ‘This guy Wong Kar Wai’s been wanting to meet with you, and here’s a DVD box set of all his movies.’”

“I didn’t even know who he was,” said Jones, who only learned of Wong Kar Wai that summer of 2005 by watching his hit DVD’s.
