Sandler’s Not Built for the Hardcourt
Adam Sandler ought to stick to golf for his leisure sport next time.
Sandler is currently recovering from a broken ankle he got while playing basketball last weekend, as reported from a statement release by his publicist.
The 41-year old comedian’s team still won the game, though, nonetheless—the broken ankle won’t impinge on the production on his latest movie, Bedtime Stories, this time around he plays a hotel handyman whose imaginative bedtime anecdotes that he tells to his niece and nephew begin coming to life.
Well, contrasting to Lady in the Water by M. Night Shyamalan’s, Sandler’s version of the nighttime-tales-come-alive will be purposely humorous, not creepy. Keri Russell, Courteney Cox, Guy Pearce and Lucy Lawless also star in the film.
For the time being, movie trailers and teaser ads are starting be seen for Sandler’s next big-screen adventure from his Happy Madison Productions, the fish-out-of-water comedy You Don’t Mess with the Zohan. He plays as an Israeli secret agent who forged his own death so he can create a different life as a New York hairdresser.
Coming soon in theaters June 6.
