Ja Rule was just freshly banned by a New York judge from coughing up thousands of dollars in bail on behalf of two codefendants in his gun-totting case.

According to the available information, State Supreme Court Justice Micki Sherer clarified her decision to Ja Rule’s part at a denunciation arraignment last Wednesday.

The judge also took into consideration the possible clash of significance that could occur if the rap artist is permitted to keep the tab on the large cash to free Dennis Cherry, his road manager, and Mohamed Gamal, his limo driver, people who were alongside with him when he was pulled over in Manhattan on July 22 for speed driving following a performance with Lil Wayne.

“[Ja Rule] has put himself in the position of perhaps controlling the outcome of the case. I think the potential for it is a big problem,” her honor said.

During that moment, the cops searched the vehicle and discovered that the luxury 2004 Maybach—alledgedly worth between $250,000 and $400,000—had no insurance and a floating registration. Police officers also noticed a faded trace of marijuana originating from inside the car.

Even though the vehicle were thoroughly rummaged none of the green stuff were found, Cops did discover however, a full .40-caliber semiautomatic gun in the rear driver’s side door. Subsequently, the trio was immediately taken into the police facility and was booked on the arms accusation.

Last July, during their At their arraignment, the rapper (Jeffrey Atkins in real life) not only shelled out $150,000 for his bail, but also settled Cherry’s and Gamal’s bonds, which were priced at $150,000 and $20,000. Ja Rule was able to do so by submitting his $3.5 million house in Saddle River, New Jersey, as a guarantee.

The threesome has claimed not guilty. The adjudicator’s decision will eventually compel Cherry and Gamal to appear with their own cash to pay for their bail..

Ja Rule’s Yonkers-based legal counsel Stacey Richman, could not be reached for comment.

The attorney also is the legal advisor of rappers such as Lil Wayne and DMX,

It is not as if we heard the first news regarding a multiplatinum-selling artist, who got his big break by teaming up with music industries’ King Midas Jay-Z in the mid-90s, who got a run in with the law.

Ja Rule was arrested outside a Toronto nightclub for physically attacking a fan who made fun of his row with 50 Cent in 2003.

After two years, federal agents prompted an investigation into whether he and affiliates of his label, The Inc., got something to do in a fatal 2004 shooting at a New York club shindig the “put it on me” star had hosted.

Sounds like a veteran to me…
