The Grammy winner R&B star Usher’s record label publicized that his fifth studio album, Here I Stand, will drop May 27—just four years after the release of his smash hit, Grammy- recognized Confessions, way in advance than its earlier scheduled June unveiling.
According to a statement from Zomba Label Group (a Jive subsidiary), the schedule was advanced to “satiate” those clamoring Usher aficionados.
Usher, enjoyed colossal fame and accomplishment in 2004, then got married and fathered a son, boasting a No. 1 single, “Love in This Club,” to show case for his newest endeavor. The music video is scheduled to premiere April 7 on MTV.

The assortment, “inspired by Ashlee Simpson’s personality, sense of style and album artwork,” will debut in Wet Seal outlets nationwide on April 22, the store announced that they will also be rolling out the in-store and online advertising networks to plug both the album and the new shirts.
