A Los Angeles court administrator permitted Denise Richard’s formally requested legal readoption of her maiden name, closing the deal to her dissolved marriage to Charlie Sheen.

Despite the fact that Richards never used her hubby’s last name for professional if not public functions, the formalities filed Friday and recognized by L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Harvey A. Silberman let her to formally erase “Sheen” from her life.

While Richards’ divorce from Charlie Sheen was concluded Nov. 17, 2006, the estranged exes only freshly achieved a ceasefire in the custody mêlée they unremittingly wage over daughters Sam, 2, and Lola, 1.

The 37-year-old Jackass star Johnny Knoxville’s divorce from Melanie Lynn Clapp was concluded on March 20, as per to court papers acquired by E! News.
