Bullock and Husband Survives a Totaled SUV

Actress Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James (yes that is his real name), were hit head on by a drunk driver last night in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
The couple was being driven home from film shooting in a rented black sports utility vehicle by Mark Hussey, 55, of Londonderry, when a gray Subaru station wagon suddenly jumped lanes on East Main Street and smashed head on into the front end of the black sports car. The accident happened at around 9:50 p.m. on Friday.

Samantha Ronson is still on a war-mode with Perez Hilton.
Lindsay Lohan’s BFF and Hollywood DJ, is planning to re-establish her slander complaint in opposition to the celebrity- blogger, which was sacked last November after a judge ruled that to continue would mean an assault on Hilton’s freedom of speech.
As per court records filed Wednesday by David M. Bass, Ronson’s latest legal counsel, his client’s former lawyer, Martin Garbus, had a disagreement of interest over legal cost and didn’t continue on the case to the best of his capability, rejecting Ronson as a client before he had removed Hilton and failing to contest the case discharge.

Why? Because Barron Hilton is abiding to the legal course made concrete by big sis Paris.
The just-of –legal age hotel successor claimed no contest to two misdemeanor charges brewed from a February apprehension in Malibu.
Hilton did not attend the court proceedings, leaving his legal counsel, Richard Hutton, to submit the petition to DUI with a blood-alcohol level above the 0.08 percent legal limit and unauthorized ownership of a fake license.
