The Punisher Thomas Jane wouldn’t like to be punished, of course.

The Punisher and The Mist star pleaded not guilty to triple DUI- associated disobedience that started from his apprehension last March 17 around the vicinity of Bakersfield, Calif., a Kern County Superior Court rep confirmed through E! News.

Police officers confirmed that the California Highway Patrol established that Jane was going between 120 and 125 miles per hour right before they asked him to pull over. As soon as he was established to be under the influence, police impounded his 2008 Maserati and brought him to Kern County Jail, where he was booked on the notion of DUI and later freed the following morning.

Kathleen Turner finally made amends with Nicolas Cage.

The two time Academy award recognized actor has acknowledged a public act of contrition from his Peggy Sue Got Married leading lady over negative—and just plain weird— accusations she created in opposition to Cage in her autobiography, including a statement that the actor stole a dog on one occasion.

Adding together to the puppy-napping allegation, Turner also claimed that Cage was twice booked for DUI during the production of their 1986 film.

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora (pictured above rocking it out with John Bon Jovi) was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Together with him in his car were also his girlfriend, another juvenile and his 10 year old daughter Ava; which means Sambora could face criminal charges.
