Guess which Kardashian sister will spend time behind bars?

One of them failed to follow court orders based on a DUI charge. Bad girl!

Scary Khloe Kardashian (far right) is the latest Hollywood celeb to serve jail time. Khloe, the sister of “amateur porn star” / celeb Kim Kardashian and one of the stars of the reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” on E!, admitted during a recent court hearing (through her attorney) that she violated a probation that stemmed from a previous DUI arrest.

She pleaded no contest to the DUI charge on March 2007. Five months later, Khloe was sentenced to 36 months probation and community service with the California Department of Transportation. She was also ordered to complete an alcohol treatment program.

Since she failed to follow the court order, she is now being ordered to surrender and serve 30 days in jail. Aside from the jail time, Khloe still has to enroll in an alcohol treatment program within 3 weeks from her release and the probation will continue. Khloe is scheduled to go to jail in three days.

“Drinking and driving should be taken very seriously and unfortunately, Khloe had to learn the hard way,” says her mother Kris Jenner. “I hope Khloe will learn from her mistakes and I hope all of her brothers and sisters will learn from her actions and consequences. As always, we love and support our children.”

“Khloe wants you to know she was sentenced to go to jail in regards to her one DUI case last year,” says Kim Kardashian on her blog. “Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved. I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly and it’s never acceptable to drink and drive!”

Khloe will probably serve less than a week in the already crowded LA County Jail. That’s why she’s so “brave” to surrender!
